Hand delivery (preferred) will be made to the usual suspects, plus anyone
who plans to be in my holiday stomping grounds during the
Christmas-NewYears time frame. (Said stomping grounds are the geographic
area approximately bounded by Fredericksburg VA, Winchester VA, Harrisburg PA,
Easton PA, Philadelphia PA, Middletown DE, and Annapolis MD.)
LoI contributors: PLEASE remember to date Letters of Intent close to the expected mailing date for that month. The Admin Handbook says that your LoI will be redated to the packet postmark date if the date on the letter is a week or more before the postmark.
