TSFS Meeting 14 October 2017 at Panera and hangoug

Margaret Hogan, Sam Hogan, Jo Hogan, Michael Houghton, Steve Aines,
sir not appearing in this meeting either


Next meeting: December 9, 2pm at Panera [note later time]


Expecting treasurer's report via email to include.


Author signings not one big mass, but several smaller ones.


Schedule pretty firmed up.


Charles Butler would like a projector Saturday morning. Need to talk
to Dr. G to see if one can be available.


Check on video adapter cables.


Ada is doing one program in a small room; we need to be mindful of
capacity for that one.


Revised schedule and contract to be sent to Steve for his armament.
Just in case.


Program book: Rowan sez all ads should be here by tomorrow. Use Megan
art as needed to fill space. Revised program book text in Google
Drive.


Help needed at registration. If Rowan can't make it, we will need
someone to be in charge of registration.


If Rowan and family can't make it, Art Show can't happen. If that
happens, we have to find a way to display Megan's art. There are
options to contemplate.


Jo has written a volunteer app. Needs a few tweaks, but it exists. Web app.


Video Gaming needs a trash can on their layout. Need mirror covered in
Greenspring. In the past, Clam Chowder had their own cover.


Video Gaming still could use more computers.


Jo wants final program book 1 November. Any last minute changes should
get to Michael by 30 October.


Michael will deliver badges to Jo on 19 November. List of names to
preprint and their numbers due to Michael by 1 November or so.
