Katherine Kurtz invited as special guest and has accepted.


Next meeting, Saturday, 14 July, at Jo's house.


Budget was distributed.


Some people would like an art show, but we have nobody to run it. It
needs a bunch of hours at con and before and people who expressed
interest have backed out. The prospects look slim at this time.


We still need someone to head up registration.  We need to find
someone to work with Steve to learn the job going forward.
[Ed. note: Clarification: the registration job and Steve's job
(hotel liaison) are separate.]


We may have a candidate to be next con chair.


No updates to Code of Conduct from Mark yet.


Jo and Haley have been working on comps. Trying to be a bit more
judicious in who gets comped. Last year, we comped 182 out of less
than 400 attendees. That is not sustainable.


Back to the budget. Motion to adopt budget as presented. Second. Approved.


Treasurer:

$15129.46 in total.


WSFA going in with us at Gaithersburg Book Festival.


Still no Corresponding Secretary.


Programming meeting 12 May, 1pm, at Jo's house.
