Next Meeting:  April 21, 2024

Dave and Sam discussed when to get together to discuss the MailChimp
email list.  Keith advised them that lots of people block MailChimp
as a spam site.

Michael asked about the crowdfunding effort.  Dave said that the hotel
costs from 2022 have been dealt with, and asked if the crowdfunding is
for something else.

Sam said he talked to the Lord Baltimore hotel, telling them that we
won't be hosting a con there any time soon.  We still have a cordial
working relationship with them.  Marilyn said we can mark that action
item as closed.

Secretary:  Dave Montuori (Evan)
Treasurer:  Sam Hogan (Poryshkin)
Trustee term ending in 2027:  Joanna Dionne
The current Trustees are Marc Drexler, Fred Blonder, and Joanna Dionne.

Keith said he's willing to be Vice President once his membership
is in order.

The nominees were all elected without objection.

Treasurer Report:

Our funds in various accounts stand unchanged from last meeting, at
$2351.07.  Sam talked to ASCAP, they're aware now that we aren't going
to do anything that would necessitate an ASCAP license.

Sam suggested sponsoring a filker at Balticon.

Officer Reports:

Marilyn reported that she updated the website with the announcement
about no in-person Chessiecon for 2024, and added the January 7
meeting announcement.  She has also been posting on the Chessiecon
Facebook.

Dave says Registration has nothing to report.

Sam called for a round of applause for Marilyn, for keeping the
electronic stuff together, and got it.

Marilyn said she'd continue to do the website and social media.
