Articles Still Under Webification

"What Are Rubber Submissions REALLY Made Of?" (KWHSS 1993)
"The Proper Default: A Survey for the Heraldic Artist" (KWHSS 1994)
"Consulting on the Front Lines" (KWHSS 2003)

"German Heraldry from Siebmacher" (class notes from 2008-09)
"Italian Herbs in Cooking" (see below)
"Uncommon Heraldic Charges" (class notes from 2010)

A section of "Wise Guys Get Lenited" (KWHSS 1998) was also credited to Evan. A quick perusal, however, will show that Evan appears as a secondary character in the bit in question, not as the narrator. He therefore could not possibly be the author. ;-) For this and other reasons, that bit is not currently scheduled to appear on this site.

Herbs Used in Medieval and Renaissance Italian Cooking

In September 2009 I taught a class on various herbs that were known to be used in Italian cooking before 1600. I am still working on expanding the very brief handout into a more useful article; I simply didn't have time to flesh out my own handwritten notes prior to the class, and then misplaced them for over a year.

The original class handout, somewhat webified, can be found here. Unfortunately two of the web pages I cited were on GeoCities, which went away not long after that class. Those links have been kept in their original form in the text, but I did not make them hyperlinks. Thank FSM for the Wayback Machine! I'm including the archive.org links below. If either or both of those pages turn up elsewhere on the web I will update the link(s) in a later revision of the handout. I am also looking for further sources to include in updates down the line.
