Format of Master Copies You Send
Size, Margin, Page requirements
These apply regardless of whether you send me hard or e-copy.
Size to standard North American "Letter size" paper, 8.5 x 11 inches.
Left and right margins should be at least 3/4 inch.
Top and bottom margins should be at least 1/2 inch.
Please identify the letter at the top or bottom of each page.
Pages should be numbered as per the Admin Handbook.
Hard copy should be single sided and mailed to:

Electronic copy is accepted, currently in the following formats:
HTML (for letters of comment only)
PDF (please tell me which version of Acrobat you used)
RTF
WordPerfect (8.0 or earlier)
MS Word (6.0 or earlier -- save as 'MS Word 6.0/95' in newer versions)
PostScript
Sending e-copy via email (usually to evan@scadian.net) is best, but
if that poses a problem, contact me to work something out.
PDF senders: it really DOES make a difference which version of Acrobat you use. I currently have access to Acrobat Reader 4 and 5, and get quite different results from each when printing the same PDF file. Best results are obtained when I use the same version of Acrobat to print the document that you used to create it, so I really do want to know what version!
